Japan to give 1.6 million doses of corona vaccine to Nepal
Japan is to vaccinate about 1.6 million doses of corona to Nepal. Japan is to vaccinate Oxford and AstraZeneca.
According to a statement issued by the Japanese Embassy in Kathmandu on Tuesday, Japanese Foreign Minister Tosimitsu Motegi announced the grant vaccine to Nepal today.
This vaccine can also be given to senior citizens who have received the first dose of covishield vaccine. Japan has announced to vaccinate various countries including Nepal, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Iran, Laos and Sri Lanka.
According to the Japanese embassy, Nepal will receive the vaccine within a month from mid-July.
