Sanima Life Insurance to open IPO

Sanima Life Insurance Limited is going to issue an IPO worth Rs. 600 million from July 4.
Out of 6 million shares, 5 percent has been allotted to 300,000 employees and another 5 percent to collective investment funds. The general public will be able to apply for the remaining 5.4 million shares.

Applications for the IPO can be submitted from July 6 to 7.The general public will be able to apply through the C-ASBA system by obtaining permission from the Nepal Securities Board (NSB) and participating in the C-ASBA service using the My Shares created by banks and financial institutions and their branch offices and CDSC.
